POLITIC

Good night! I come to tell you my little experience and knowledge about what is politics, therefore, I will focus my point of view in a very independent way. Well, I can start with the fact that I don't feel identified with any political party, because, since I was a child, I have generated a kind of rejection to this whole subject thanks to discussions between family members that were generated in contexts so .... Ridiculous? As were Christmas, New Year's or birthday dinners. Arguing over politics between family members seems absurd to me, much more so when the participants in the debate don't know or don't want to respect opinions contrary to their own. So, my opinion is simple, but no less valid I think?
I consider politics to be something confusing, but not useless. It allows us to present different opinions about what is right for a country, about what should be legal or not, and about what affects, unfortunately, all of us. So, I have to admit that my ignorance is not justified. Politics must be organized in some way so that no chaos is generated when clashes between divided opinions occur. Obviously, a political party will never be able to represent everyone equally, nor to adjust exactly to your way of thinking, but there will be one with which you feel much more identified than with the others and that is when you can make your decision, since it's an important point to consider when you must vote for an authority.
Because yes, voting is completely necessary. Regardless of what you think or not of what is going to be chosen in the vote, you must take your democratic right and make it noticeable. Although voting is not obligatory, consider that your vote can make a difference and, even if it's not, if you vote you will not be stuck with the feeling of "I could have done something and I didn't do it" or you will not have to listen to the typical comment of "But if you didn't vote, now it is too late to have an opinion", because Surprise! Yes you did, you voted, so at least you'll be able to shut some mouths that are only looking to piss you off.
Anyway, inform yourself before voting, please. If your vote is null because you really don't feel identified with anything presented, that's fine, but voting randomly for a candidate is not very responsible for someone who has already reached a supposed "age of maturity".

          1. Hiii Jose, I really enjoyed your blog, when I was reading I could imagine that family launches or christmas dinner discussing about political and differents ways of thinking and you and your causins watching them and telling to yourself what are they talking. I agree with you about voting and if some one doesn´t feel represented by any candidate, I think its okay to vote nule, because is a way to manifisted that the candidates aren´t good enough to be in the positition of which they are aplying. Very nice writing, I really impressed

You have a very good point, we must vote because it's important to give our opinion, even if it's nule, our opinion matters and just one vote can do a big difference. Good Blog!
